Terms of sale

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Maison OGA and its customers in connection with the sale of goods on the site. Any service provided by Maison OGA implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

1. PRODUCT PRICES
The prices of the items sold are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax and shipping costs. Maison OGA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered. This price is payable in full and in a single instalment.
2. ORDERS
Customers confirm their order by clicking on the "Confirm your order" link at the bottom of the "Order summary" page, after having accepted these terms and conditions of sale. Before confirming the order, the Buyer is systematically offered the opportunity to check each of the elements of the order, so that any errors can be corrected.
Maison OGA confirms the order by e-mail. This information includes all the elements of the order and the Buyer's right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by Maison OGA constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The latter is archived by Maison OGA under the conditions and within the legal time limits. The Buyer may access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department (customercare@maisonoga.com).
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Orders are paid for by credit card (via PayPal).

4. TRANSACTION SECURITY
The confidentiality and security of bank details are ensured by the service provider chosen for payment: PayPal.
5. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The Buyer has a period of fourteen days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which shall be borne by the Buyer. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received. If Maison OGA finds that the product has been opened, it will not reimburse the Buyer.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Maison OGA will reimburse the Buyer for all sums paid, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised.

THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS PRODUCED SOLELY TO ORDER (SUCH AS CLOTHING AND MISCELLANEOUS ACCESSORIES) AND CLEARLY IDENTIFIED ON THE WEBSITE. AS NOT ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND SOME ARE MANUFACTURED FOLLOWING THE ORDER, THE CUSTOMER IS INVITED TO TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS.
6. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed and within the delivery time indicated. Please note that all orders are processed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday) and dispatched on the next working day. An email will be sent to you to inform you of this. Average processing/shipping times vary between 3 and 10 days depending on the type of product. Maison OGA reminds you that when the Buyer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the product delivered.

7. DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery charges applied depend on the destination country of the order. If a product does not have delivery charges (free delivery), the amount of delivery charges applicable to the basket is determined according to the split between the sum of products without delivery charges and the sum of products with delivery charges. Therefore, if the sum of products with delivery charges is greater than the sum of products with free delivery, delivery charges will be applied to the basket amount. The free delivery indicated for certain products is only valid in France.
