Through its Website, Maison OGA may collect personal data communicated in particular when creating an account on our site, placing Orders or writing a review. Management of personal data by our company
Means of data collection
When you register on the Site, we collect personal data using the form available in the "My account" section. Maison OGA may collect your surname, first name, date of birth and e-mail address. Only the title, first name, surname and e-mail address are mandatory for your registration to be taken into account. We may also ask you to provide optional information such as your product/service preferences.
When you place an Order as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we collect personal data using the form available in the "Create a customer account" section. In this context, in addition to the data collected during registration and indicated above, we collect: your postal address (for invoicing and delivery if they are separate), your telephone number to contact you in the event of a delivery problem. Information relating to the method of payment (in particular bank card number, bank card holder) is provided in encrypted form to Paypal.

Generally speaking, the information that we collect and that is essential for us to respond to your requests is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, we will not be able to respond to your requests.
Purposes
The personal data that we collect from you during any visit or Order are necessary for the use of the services offered on the Website and/or the management of your Order by Maison OGA and its service providers, including the detection of internet and payment fraud, the prevention and management of payment incidents (including overdue payments) and the preservation of the rights of Maison OGA in the context of its commercial activity.
